REM Compliance Solutions is a strategic and credible and supportive solutions partner (as opposed to a transactional supplier), who understands the Managed Services business. Our Team will support the IT system Modernization projects and will work closely with our partners to execute client’s projects. Our understanding of client’s project approach is as follows:
- Maintain stability of existing business operations through the transition
- Provide and stick to completion dates of full integration that ensures expectations are met at the organization and market levels
- Implement integrated reporting and analytics as soon as for all Operational duties and tasks
- Ensure Operational projects managed with minimal disruption, minimize the downtime and maximized the productivity
REM Compliance Solutions Team will provide seamless services and meet or exceed the Service Level Agreements (SLAs). To support this mission, our team shall commit to:
- Staff, train and employ proven talent (technical and business teams)
- Reduce execution/ implementation risks
- Minimize business disruptions
- Expedite migration and Project milestones using Scrum methodology and Project Management
- Lower total costs through strong logistics/ coordination, strong QA discipline, and minimize re-work
- Meet our client’s security, compliance, privacy and service delivery standards
- Bring best practices, integrity and responsiveness
- Meet client’s SLAs and OLAs
REM Compliance Solutions Team will deliver the resources and capabilities required to assess, design, build and manage an agile, flexible IT environment.
- A dedicated team from strategy and assessment through design, implementation, management and optimization to reach a true end-to-end solution.
- Constant reference to our proposed Guiding Principles will be used throughout the Project life cycle with a flexibility to add staff at a day’s notice, virtually limitless for our Client’s IT Modernization Project.
At the strategic layer we will:
- Convene annually to validate progress towards joint strategic initiatives.
- Identify areas of potential innovation to assist our clients with achieving their business objectives.
- Share global strategies and identify potential business value to our clients.
- Review and refresh the strategic goals for the partnership.
- Consider fundamental issues related to the relationship and recommend actions to resolve.
- Communicate the strategic intent and desired outcomes of the relationship to the tactical and operational personnel of REM Compliance Solution and our client’s team who are responsible for managing the day to day relationship.

At the tactical layer we will:
- We develop strategies to meet the goals set at the Strategic layer.
- Conduct quarterly reviews of operational performance, ensure progress towards project objectives, and organizational linkages required for efficient, interdependent performance where required.
- Periodically assess the quality of the working relationship and planning the appropriate actions to strengthen the relationship.
- Our management team act as an escalation point for issues that cannot be resolved at the Operational layer.
- Convene quarterly to develop, prioritize and approve tactical plans.
- Review and discuss how the parties can leverage new skills, techniques, and knowledge gained by REM Compliance Solution through research and development initiatives and experiences with other clients.
- Provide advice on technology direction and input to our client’s infrastructure and security architecture.
- Address any systemic contractual or management issues.
- Sponsor appropriate joint working groups as deemed necessary to address operational or technical issues.
At the operational layer we will:
- Identify and address day-to-day service and change management issues.
- Provide technical and operational advice and input to the tactical layer.
- Identify upcoming events that may result in changes in service demand.
- Review and discuss client satisfaction and service quality improvements.
- Review monthly reports, compliance and service level attainment.
- Continually review support processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Liaise with other service providers.
- Conduct daily reviews to address critical problems, operational, security incidents.
- Conduct weekly reviews to address changes and change status.
To operate at these different layers REM Compliance Solution is proposing the following team:
- An experienced local associate partner
- A mix of local and North American resources that will be involved during the transitioning phase
Service Management
REM Compliance Solutions’ Service Management provides oversight of the delivery of services, reporting functions, escalation of issues, resolution of contract and billing disputes as well as managing the customer relationship. Our experienced Service Management team is responsible for ensuring the timely execution of all governance, implementation and operation activities to prescribed service levels. Robust governance is needed to ensure success in any outsourcing relationship. Ultimately, execution is owned and led by senior management from Our Clients, and REM Compliance Solution who all engage hands-on in governance and delivery to ensure long-term client’s success.
It is therefore imperative that there is transparency at all levels of our relationship, and that we set-up guidelines and a consistent framework for decision making and performance monitoring. We recommend using our proven governance method to design the right governance for your organization and will use our intellectual capital to speed up the design process and initiation.
- REM Compliance Solutions’ proposed Partnership Model is three-tiered comprising of the Strategic, Tactical, and Operational Layers and is supported by our Program Management Processes. This model is designed to maintain alignment to the business objectives at all levels of our relationship. The Strategic Layer oversees the relationship between REM Compliance Solutions and client and is comprised of senior executives from both organizations. The Tactical Layer manages the business relationship between REM Compliance Solutions and Client. The Operational Layer focuses on service quality and continuous improvement.
Each Tier of the governance model has specific roles and responsibilities and is supported by key members of each organization. REM Compliance Solutions will work with its clients to refine this governance structure, considering required interactions with other service providers and the appropriate level of relationships to be held. Both parties proactively set and manage the key objectives and directions for our teams at each level to enable:
- Alignment of expectations.
- Minimization and removal of gaps between perceived and delivered value.
- Effective interactions at all levels of the organizations, to ensure that the business relationship is managed to provide optimal service delivery.
- Agreement on a service delivery model that is focused, flexible and aligned to supporting our clients.
